Summer 2019. What a year.
As part of my degree, I was given the opportunity to conduct a research project in the Bornean Maliau Basin.
It was a beautiful experience, opening up my views of wild beauty beyond the only comparable thing I had experienced until then; Africa.
It was remarkably different, the jungle challenging me and the research team in ways the savannah wouldn’t.
But gosh, it was beautiful.
